Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Alsatea HR System mobile application (the "App"), provided by ALELM ALSATEA COMPANY FOR GENERAL CONTRACTING (Commercial Registration 7049551620, Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App and uninstall it from your device.

2. Description of Service

The App is an internal tool provided by the Company to its employees for managing attendance, leave requests, corrections, notifications, and work-related tasks. The App is not available to the general public.

3. Eligibility

Use of the App is restricted to current employees of the Company who have been issued credentials by the HR department. When your employment ends, your right to use the App ends immediately.

4. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Do not share your password or biometric unlock with anyone else.
• Report any unauthorized use of your account to HR or IT immediately.
• Biometric unlock (fingerprint/face) uses on-device biometric data; it is never transmitted to our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of company policies.
• Attempt to bypass location-verification, root/jailbreak detection, or any other security controls.
• Submit fraudulent photos or information when filing correction requests.
• Attempt to access other employees' data or company systems without authorization.

6. Employer Monitoring

Because this App is provided by your employer for work purposes, the Company reserves the right to monitor and log activity within the App in compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You should have no expectation of personal privacy for work-related data recorded through the App.

7. Location Data

The App collects GPS location data at clock-in and clock-out for the sole purpose of verifying you are within an approved work site (geofence). This data is stored securely and is not used to track you outside of work hours. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Termination

Your right to use the App terminates automatically when your employment with the Company ends. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for security reasons.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. the Company does not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The company is not liable for any harm arising from your use of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or service interruption.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

12. Changes to Terms

the Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
